I think we can all agree that the best music videos are the narrative ones. Take On Me by A-ha, those iconic Aerosmith ones featuring Alicia Silverstone, and of course, the Michael Jackson classics. Imagine our complete delight when Charlie Rose presented us with exactly that kind of video for our track, The Ballad of Carla and Samuel.
We honestly could not be happier with what Charlie has delivered here. Their decision to take the story in a very different direction from the 'Natural Born Killers for the modern age' vibe of the lyrics was a complete surprise, and one we like more with each viewing.
The band had absolutely no involvement in this project whatsoever, but we honestly could not be happier with what Charlie has delivered here.
Charlie is an emerging talent in the content creation space, possessing a rare ability to combine technical excellence with a unique sensibility.
